How long does the coaching process typically take?

Our coaching process is designed to provide sufficient time for meaningful progress while remaining flexible to your needs. We start with a foundational package of nine 45-minute sessions. This structure has proven to be an effective starting point, allowing enough time to see tangible results and significant movement towards your goals.

We recommend scheduling these sessions either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your preferences and availability. This frequency maintains momentum and allows for consistent progress, while also giving you time to implement new strategies between sessions.

How often will we meet for coaching sessions?

For best results we recommend meeting on a weekly cadence although bi-weekly and monthly are also options.

Are sessions conducted in-person or online?

We conduct all coaching sessions through a secure online video conferencing platform, ensuring convenience and flexibility for our clients. This allows you to participate from the comfort of your home or any location that suits you best.

 

For those who prefer or require an alternative, we also offer the option of phone sessions. Our goal is to accommodate your needs and ensure you can fully engage in the coaching process, regardless of the communication method.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to all potential clients. This initial consultation serves several important purposes:
